In rare cases, external delays (e.g. courier issues, weather, or regional disruptions) may extend delivery times.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and item weight.

4. Order Tracking:
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS for easy monitoring.
Exchange Policy (No Refunds)
At Dropshipper.Africa – Zambia, we offer exchanges only. We do not provide refunds under any circumstances.
You may request an exchange if:
You received a wrong size, wrong product, or a defective item.
The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging.
Exchange Requests Must:
Be submitted within 3 days of delivery.
Include a clear description of the issue and photos (if applicable).
Be approved by our support team before returning any item.
Process:
Contact us at support@dropshipper.africa or via WhatsApp with your order number and issue.
Once approved, you must return the item to our return address.
After inspection, we will process your exchange and send the correct or replacement item.
Note:
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to our error.
